How to get a data file?

Trainingpeaks

Open an activity in Trainingpeaks, then click on Files. In the dialog choose download to save the .fit file to your computer.

Strava

In Strava there are two options. You can export the original file (typically a .fit file), if it is not a .fit file, you can choose option 2, which is to create a .tcx file of your activity

Download a .fit file from Strava

You can export a .fit file by opening the activity, and then from the actions menu (the button with the three dots next to each other), choose Download original.

Download a .gpx file from Strava

You can export a .gpx file by opening the activity, and then from the actions menu (the button with the three dots next to each other), choose Export GPX.

Download a .tcx from Strava

Strava can create a TCX file by adding /export_tcx after the activity url. ie:
https://www.strava.com/activities/{activity_id}/export_tcx

Or enter the Strava activity id below and we'll create the download link for you.
